RTPN is fully-insured, protecting you, your home and your pet in case of emergencies and accidents!
Bonding protects a business owner from theft committed by one of their employees. Since I am the sole pet care provider at RTPN, bonding does not apply.

We get it, things happen! However, to protect our business and prevent frequent cancellation, busy RTPN does need advanced, written notice in order to provide a refund.
Home Visits: Home visits must be cancelled 24 hours in advance and will receive a 100% refund.
Overnights: Overnight bookings are considered large bookings and require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to reserve a date. You can receive a 50% refund by providing written notice 7 days before the booking date. Otherwise we cannot issue a refund.

Before we book any official walks or visits, we start with a Meet & Greet. This allows me to meet your pets in their own environment, learn their routines, go over care instructions, and ensure we are a perfect match!
Once we determine good fit, we will move to making sure all information is up to date in the booking site. I currently use Time to Pet, one of the top-rated, all-in-one sites for pet sitters. You are welcome to download the Time to Pet app on your phone to make booking more efficient!

A Meet & Greet is the best method for a caregiver to fully understand your pet’s routine and set up before an initial booking.
It is designed in a way that allows us to meet, as well as being the perfect platform for you and your pet(s) to show me your world!
It also allows us to assess whether your pet(s) and I naturally “gel.” It might seem silly, but pet(s) can be quirky about who they allow around them. Whether it’s the soap I used this morning, the pitch of my voice, or the way I walk, they just may decide that they do not love me.
And that’s okay! We would not want to push the safety of myself or your pet by putting them in a situation they do not feel comfortable with. Either way, we will never know without that initial greeting!
-
During our Meet & Greet, we will document your preferred veterinarian and a local emergency vet hospital. If an emergency arises, I will immediately seek medical care for your pet and contact you (and your designated emergency contact) right away.
-
Of course! I couldn’t live without them. I currently have one baby girl (pup) named Effi, and two older kitties Boomie & Oliver.
To learn more about them, visit the “Handmade Treats” tab!

No, I only offer private walks! Your dog gets 100% of my individual attention, care and supervision during their time out.
(Dogs from the same household are always welcome to walk together!)
