Reni will respond as soon as possible with information, availability and to schedule a Meet & Greet if compatible.

RTPN’s booking website includes a client account with pet profiles. This all in one site is considered the best in the pet industry and allows Reni access to all necessary information for the pet, as well as allowing the client to book whenever they need!

(Any requests less than 24hrs before the booking will need to be added by Reni to ensure she is able to review the booking before scheduled).

Meet & Greets last roughly 15-30 minutes depending on the client and pet needs. During this time, we will go through the pet’s routine, habits, location of materials and other care questions. It will also give you a chance to ask any questions you have, and let your pet get to know me better while you are around!

Once the Meet & Greet is complete, we can schedule your pet(s) first visit!

Booking requests are completed by the clients on the website and approved by Reni as soon as possible.
